Credit Purchases

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase credits which are then used to process bank statements.

  • Non-Refundable: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be returned for a cash refund or any other form of compensation.
  • Non-Transferable: Credits purchased are tied to the user account that made the purchase and cannot be transferred to any other user account.
  • No Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire. They will remain in your account until they are used to process a bank statement.

While credit purchases are non-refundable, if you believe there has been an error with your purchase or have questions about your credit balance, please contact us:

Refund Processing

As stated, credit purchases are non-refundable. In the rare event that a refund is issued due to a verified processing error or other exceptional circumstance explicitly approved by Bank Statement Analyzer, it will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for any such transaction to appear in your account.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to address billing errors or unique circumstances on a case-by-case basis, but this does not imply an obligation to offer refunds beyond the policy stated above.
