Payroll Specialist I

Our Payroll Service Teams are essential in helping clients streamline payroll processes, reduce errors, and maintain compliance with relevant laws. This allows our clients to ensure their employees are paid accurately and on time while focusing on their core business. No prior payroll experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training!

• 4+ years of customer service experience (Banking/Financial services a plus!)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make confident decisions.
• Process innovation: Ability to find new ways to improve processes, enhancing both internal and external experiences.
• Adaptability: Capable of managing a steady stream of tasks and responsibilities with ease, embracing change and uncertainty with agility.
