Join our ARC Command Center team as a Bookkeeper where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our Adult Rehabilitation Centers. This position combines technical accounting expertise with meaningful work that directly supports our mission to transform lives and strengthen communities. You'll work with cutting-edge accounting software and collaborate with a dedicated team committed to excellence in financial stewardship.

Requirements

2+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience - We value practical experience
Proficiency in accounting software - QuickBooks, Sage, or similar programs
Some Excel skills
Experience with multi-location accounting preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail - Accuracy is essential in financial work
Excellent communication skills - You'll work with diverse teams and external contacts
Accounting/bookkeeping degree OR equivalent experience - We value both paths
Experience in non-profit or multi-location operations is a plus
Comfortable with technology - Ability to learn new systems quickly
Problem-solving mindset - Able to identify and resolve discrepancies independently
Collaborative team player who enjoys helping others succeed
Must pass a background check
